Derek McKee, LA and Devin Conway, PE founded Verde Design, Inc. in 2007, bringing their experience, talents, and abilities to their new firm.

As experienced professionals, Derek and Devin knew what they wanted Verde Design to be known for: excellence in design and outstanding client service. Their approach to every project is to develop an in-depth understanding of your requirements and the challenges you face. Then they apply their technical knowledge and design talents to create facilities that will meet your needs and that will work for you.

Derek McKee

Derek McKee focuses his landscape architecture knowledge and experience to prepare successful designs for sports facilities, community parks, and civic spaces. His discerning eye enables him to evaluate existing conditions and develop imaginative and maintainable solutions. Derek is an avid soccer player and serves on several community-focused commissions.

Devin Conway

Devin Conway is a talented engineer who brings his love of sports to athletic facility design. He is an active member of Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA), American Sports Builders Association (ASBA), and American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM). Devin is committed to bringing our clients state-of-the-art facility design.
