Key Staff
In getting to know the Verde Design Associates, you'll notice a recurring theme: a love for sports and outdoor activities that translates into projects designed by people who love what they do. The key members of the design staff and firm management have worked together for years; they share a common vision and work ethic.
MARK BAGINSKI, RLA, LEED AP, Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager. Mark's landscape architecture experience includes developing project master plans through construction management for private developers, municipalities and school districts. He is an assistant coach for Little League Baseball and Youth Lacrosse teams in Santa Cruz. Mark also enjoys a good round of golf, backpacking, and fishing.
DENNIS BETHKE, Associate and Senior Project Manager, specializes in construction management. He contributes the knowledge and experience he’s gained through 33 years of civil engineering and construction management services to Verde Design. A native of Texas, Dennis is a Longhorn sports aficionado.
NANCE CRONIN, Principal and CFO, is Verde Design's newest principal. Nance oversees the firm's financial well-being and staff recruiting. Nance is a native of Hawaii, always holds a ski-season pass, and frequently competes in bike races.
BILL DRULIAS, RLA, Associate and Director of Design, brings his passion for landscape design to our firm. Bill plays competitive water polo, umpires for high school and college baseball, and bicycles wherever he goes.
RICH PARKER, Associate and IT/CAD Manager, manages our IT systems. He is certified in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, develops and maintains Verde Design's standardized operational procedures, and conducts in-house training for our staff. He manages our Digital Design Charrettes to give our clients virtual tours of their projects. Rich enjoys coaching children's sports, playing soccer, softball and bicycling.
CORBIN M.E. SCHNEIDER, RLA, PIC, CLIA, Associate and Senior Project Manager, has designed landscape architecture projects for over 33 years. He specializes in irrigation designs to conserve water and is a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor. Corbin enjoys hiking and backpacking.
