University of San Francisco, Negoesco Soccer Stadium,* San Francisco
USF decided to renovate the university's soccer stadium to create a signature outdoor athletic venue. An NCAA regulation-sized, synthetic turf soccer field was installed and retaining walls were constructed, framing the new bleacher seating areas, to create a "soccer bowl" atmosphere. New bleachers included aluminum bench seating and chair back seating for season ticket holders.
The services provided during this fast track project included full design and construction documentation as well as bidding and comprehensive construction administration.
