UCSF Mission Bay Student Housing Plaza, San Francisco

As part of a design-build team, Verde Design prepared design and construction documents for an entry plaza and courtyard at a new UCSF Student Housing building in San Francisco's Mission Bay.

The design for the courtyard and campus entry plaza included hardscape features, such as natural stone slab seat walls, pavers, and an information kiosk. Drought tolerant plant materials were used in the landscape design to reduce maintenance and irrigation requirements. Verde Design coordinated the design and installation of artwork as well as providing construction services for the project.
