Silva Park, Riverbank*
After a planning process that included evaluation of multiple uses and design options for the 1.4-acre Silva Park site, a master plan was developed so that the project could be completed in two phases.
The improvements constructed in the first phase included two play areas, two half court basketball courts, areas for open play, and plantings. The infrastructure needed for completion of both phases of the project were designed and installed. Designs for phase two include water play, picnic and a barbecue plaza, shade structure, restroom building, open play turf and landscaping.
