Holly Sugar Youth Sports Park Master Plan, Tracy

Verde Design prepared a Master Plan and conceptual design for a 150-acre sports park to meet the city of Tracy's growing demand for playing fields. Our designers and engineers worked closely with City staff to create conceptual designs that met City needs and incorporated input from the community.

The user groups for the park include age-group soccer, age and league group baseball, softball, and football teams. In addition to the playing fields, the park will include passive recreation areas for general use: playgrounds, picnic and barbeque areas, and support facilities such as restrooms and concessions.

Playing fields and support facilities were laid out to maximize the amount of usable acreage on the site.
