Riverbank Sports Complex,* Riverbank
The City of Riverbank selected our professional designers to develop a Master Plan for a 20-acre sports complex that would provide a safe environment for football and soccer players of all ages to practice, play games, or hold tournaments. Site issues that were addressed in the plan included a levee to the north, congested two lane roads to the south and east which separated the site from agricultural land and single-family residences, and a private property to the west. The completed Master Plan included two phases to meet the city's construction budget.
The 11-acre Phase I final design includes soccer fields, a picnic area and shade structures, a multi-age play area, a building which houses concessions, restrooms and storage, a perimter walk, and a parking lot. Construction was completed on Phase I in 2006.
